Shortly after opening for business, Gallant Risk & Insurance Services realized their IT infrastructure needed to be more secure: They were dealing with sensitive client information and had to meet strict regulatory compliance obligations. They also needed a better way for their employees to securely access the corporate network, both in the office and out in the field.

Zeta Sky were recommended as experts in security and cloud networking solutions. After a brief consultation, they were able to provide Gallant a cost-effective solution that both secured their data and enabled their teams to access it more efficiently.

THE SOLUTION:

Zeta Sky built Gallant a private cloud ecosystem. It allowed them to centralize their data, securing their and their clients’ intellectual property while at the same time enabling their on-site and remote workers to access it from any internet-connected device. Gallant didn’t have formal IT security policies and procedures in place, so Zeta Sky mapped out a plan that made sure they were protected against cybersecurity attacks and data breaches, including recovery protocols should a breach occur.

Zeta Sky was able to get us on their cloud service. We have producers and a sales force out in the field who need access to timely information, and the fact that they’re able to access that information is invaluable for us.
